The Boat House Properties located at 408 Gulf of Mexico Drive have been adjusted based on the numerous calls received from property owners. Our consultants, Willdan Financial Services modified their final report to account for this unique property. The assessment for 194 parcels were first assessed $2494.77. After further review, the new assessment is now $1,660.52. The Economic Benefits related to Safety and Aesthetics remained unchanged, however the Reliability factor was split amongst the 194 units.
