Town of Longboat Key Referendum Election and Presidential Preference Primary - March 15, 2016 - Absentee Ballot Request Deadline Approaching
Residents of the Town of Longboat Key registered to vote by Tuesday, February 16, 2016 are eligible to vote on the undergrounding referendum on March 15, 2016.
A voter, the voter's immediate family, or a legal guardian may request an absentee/vote by mail ballot in person, by mail, or by telephone. Effective Jan 1, 2014, a request for a ballot to be mailed to an address other than the one on file with the Supervisor of Elections must be in writing and signed by the voter. (Exception: absent uniformed service and overseas voters)
