The Town of Longboat Key just established a Residential Rental Registry program. This program proactively addresses health, safety and welfare impacts to our community related to vacation rentals in residential neighborhoods. Join us for one of our two Rental Workshops where we will discuss the registration process, inspection requirements, costs and other bi-annual compliance details to help make your property a safe place for guests to visit. The Workshops are scheduled on March 22nd from 8:00-10:00am or April 27th from 1:00-3:00pm. Both sessions will be held at Town Hall in the Commission Chambers.
