Please note that effective July 18^th, 2022, all requests for municipal lien information will be handled by a third-party provider, Orange Data Systems.  Orange Data will process all lien requests from title companies, closing agents and others obtaining information about outstanding debt owed to the Town of Longboat Key.  Orange Data will provide timely, enhanced professional quality reports.

Visit https://order.orangelien.com/ to access an order form and communicate your request for lien information issued by the Town of Longboat Key.  All lien requests/estoppel requests should be directed to Orange Data.  The Town of Longboat Key’s staff will no longer be handling these requests.  Accounts may be established by registering with Orange Data.

To ensure a clear title upon transfer of ownership of a property, a lien must be paid prior to the transfer.  Orange Data will only report on liens issued by the Town of Longboat Key.  A full search should still be made by the title company or real estate attorney.
