The Town of Longboat Key has made a commitment to be transparent and provide a visual reporting and management tool that tracks key performance indicators and metrics.  It provides insights into our organization’s performance.  These dashboards consolidate diverse information into an interface allowing data-driven decision-making with regards to the goals that are set and the measurement of progress towards them.
