NOTICE OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN PUBLIC WORKSHOP

Please take notice that the Longboat Key Planning and Zoning Board will hold a Workshop to review and consider amendments to the Town of Longboat Key’s Comprehensive Plan.  The following Comprehensive Plan Element will be discussed at this meeting:

 Infrastructure Element

 The workshop will be held Friday, June 24, 2022 at 9:15 a.m. at the Town Commission Chambers, 501 Bay Isles Road, Longboat Key, Florida.

 All interested persons may appear and be heard with respect to any potential amendments to the Infrastructure Element.  Copies of the proposed Comprehensive Plan and related material may be viewed at the Planning, Zoning & Building Department and Town Clerk’s Office, 501 Bay Isles Road, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. weekdays.  Questions may be directed to the Planning, Zoning & Building Department at 316-1966.  

 No verbatim record by a certified court reporter is made of these proceedings. Accordingly, any person who may seek to appeal any decision involving the matters noticed herein will be responsible for making a verbatim record of the testimony and evidence at these proceedings upon which any appeal is to be based (see Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes).
