Notice is hereby given that the Longboat Key Town Commission will hold public hearing to consider Resolution 2024-18 on October 7, 2024, at 10:00 AM., or as soon thereafter as possible. The meeting will be held in the Town Commission Chamber, at Town Hall, 501 Bay Isles Road, Longboat Key, Florida.
RESOLUTION 2024-18
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LONGBOAT KEY, FLORIDA, CONSOLIDATING, AMENDING, AND REVISING ALL USER AND FILING FEE SCHEDULES FOR PERMIT APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED PURSUANT TO THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; RESTATING THE USER FEE SCHEDULE FOR PERMIT APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED PURSUANT TO THE BUILDING, SHORELINE CONSTRUCTION, DREDGING AND FILLING, FLOOD CONTROL, SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS, PLUMBING CODE, ZONING CODE, AND COMPREHENSIVE PLAN CHAPTERS OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; ADOPTING USER FEE SCHEDULES FOR THE PERMIT AND PLAN REVIEWS BY THE BUILDING AND FIRE DEPARTMENT; REPEALING THE FEE SCHEDULES IN RESOLUTIONS 2020-21 AND 2022-20; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ALL RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
All interested persons may appear and be heard with respect to the resolution. Copies of the resolution and related materials may be viewed prior to the public hearing at the Office of the Town Clerk, 501 Bay Isles Road, Monday through Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. No verbatim record by a certified court reporter is made of these proceedings. Accordingly, any person who may seek to appeal any decision involving the matters noticed herein will be responsible for making a verbatim record of the testimony and evidence at these proceedings upon which any appeal is to be based (see Section 286.0105, Fla. Stat.).
