In our continuing commitment to quality patient care, Longboat Key Fire Rescue asks transported patients to return a Patient Survey that rates their experience with our Emergency Medical Services. Survey responses we collect include areas such as Crew Competency, Skill Level and Professionalism, 911 Call Handling, and Overall Quality of Care.
