Town Clerk
The Town Clerk is responsible for archiving and maintaining the files of all ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and other significant documents. The Town Clerk is also responsible for the recording and preparation of the minutes of the meetings of the Town Commission.
The Clerk oversees legal compliance in advertisements for meetings and public hearings and documents that require publication. The Town Clerk is designated as the Elections Official and is responsible for conducting all Town elections.
