The Florida Public Records Law Chapter 119 is designed to give the public access to records in the possession of public agencies.

Sec. 668.6076, Florida Statutes: Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public-records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.

You may request public records by contacting Town Hall in a manner with which you are comfortable (i.e. by phone, in person, mail, email, or fax) or by utilizing the online submission and tracking portal. The following outlines the online request process:

  • After submitting a request, you will be provided a tracking number and security code. You will use this information to check the status of your request in the online portal.
  • If you provided an email address, a representative of the Clerk's Office will contact you ONLY if your request is unclear or requires payment to fulfill. If a request can be fulfilled without further clarification or payment, you will receive an email notification when the records are ready for retrieval in the online portal.
