Notary Services are provided by the Town Clerk's Office for residents and/or property owners of Longboat Key, free of charge.

Services are performed between the following hours (appointments preferred):

• 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

• 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

You must have the following information in order to receive Notary Services:

1. Valid Photo ID 
2. Full and complete document to be notarized (not just signature page)
3. Proof of residency (if Photo ID is NOT issued in Florida with Longboat Key address)
4. Appointment (if witnesses are required)
